Designed to support a wide range of fitness goals, the CCS fitness center features modern cardio and strength equipment, open space for stretching and mobility, and steam rooms located within both the men’s and women’s locker rooms. Whether you’re building strength, improving endurance, or just taking time for yourself, the space adapts to your pace.

Training for Every Goal

Whether you’re drawn to the energy of a group or prefer a personalized approach, CCS supports every path. Group classes bring motivation, variety, and structure. One-on-one training provides individualized attention and accountability. Led by longtime Fitness Director Robbie Stephens, our programming emphasizes strength, mobility, recovery, and injury prevention, with additional support available for golf and tennis-specific development.

Meet the Trainer

Robbie Stephens has led the CCS fitness program for nearly 16 years and brings more than 35 years of industry experience. A graduate of USC Upstate with a degree in Corporate Fitness, Robbie holds continuing education credentials through Nautilus, TRX, and TPI.

He has worked with juniors, adults, and seniors, and takes a personalized, encouraging approach to every session. Whether you're just getting started or looking to reach a new goal, Robbie brings both expertise and a steady hand to support your progress.
